I have been an attorney with Allen Saltzman, LLP since 2016. Previously, I worked with Mr. Allen and Ms. Saltzman at one of the most highly regarded law firms in the country for nearly 7 years. My extensive civil litigation experience, which spans over 20 years, includes complex construction defect matters, medical malpractice and elder abuse, personal injury actions, contract disputes, as well as business transactions. I have contributed to trial victories in both elder abuse and regulatory matters.
I graduated from Western State University, College of Law in 1996 with a Juris Doctor degree, and was sworn into the State Bar of California that same year. While in law school, I was proud to have been awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Evidence. Prior to beginning law school, I had the privilege of serving as a Congressional Aide in Washington, D.C. From 1987 to 1991, I was a student-athlete at the University of California, Santa Barbara where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Law & Society.
Other achievements I am proud of are my countless hours serving and volunteering through my church, coaching softball in my community, most recently i joined the El Dorado High School Mock Trial team as an attorney coach, and am pleased to have been part of the team who won the 2019/2020 Orange County Championship.
My husband and I love to travel, and have logged many hours hiking and snorkeling in Hawaii, as well as nature watching just about anywhere. One of our favorite adventures included finding the resplendent quetzal (one of the most beautiful birds in the world) and zip lining over the rain forest in Costa Rica.
